Sweet Rolls

Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 cup / 2 sticks / 250gr butter
• 1 2/3 cups / 350gr sugar
• 2 cups / 250gr flour
• 1/4 cup / 60ml milk
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 5 eggs
• 1 tsb cinnamon
• 1/2 tsb salt

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 180C / gas 4
2. Whisk the butter and sugar together until it is fluffy (min. 5 minutes)
3. Add the eggs one by one
4. Add in the flour, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract
5. Pour into baking moulds and bake for 20 minutes

Glaze

Ingredients

• 4 TB butter
• 2 TB milk
• 2 cups / 250gr confectioners' sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Melt the butter
2. Add the milk
3. Slowly add in the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract
4. Pour over the rolls
