Salmon fillets en Papillote with Peppers and Honey

Tender salmon cooked en papillote with red, orange and green bell peppers, in a light honey sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 tsb honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C / 400F / Gas 6
- Cut the peppers in small cubes
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the peppers for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper
- Add 3 tea spoons of honey and cook for one more minute
- Place the salmon fillets in papillotes, and cover them with the peppers and the honey sauce
- Cook in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
