The perfect dessert on summer days, delicious and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 creamy yoghurt (100gr/3.5oz)
- 300gr/10.5oz of frozen mangoes
- 1 teaspoon of gingerbread spice mixture OR a gingerbread slice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions
- Cut the mangoes in cubes (wait for them to unfreeze slightly if they are too hard)
- Place the yoghurt in a blender, add the gingerbread spice mixture or the ginterbread slice, add the honey and finally add the mangoes
- Process for a few minutes
- Eat before the ice cream melts!
