Not a honey recipe per se, but french crêpes taste delicious with honey!

Ingredients

  • 250gr / 9oz of flour
  • 0.5 litre / 2cups of milk
  • 4 eggs (1 egg = 55 gr / 2oz)
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of rum

Instructions

  1. Pour the flour in a bowl. Add the eggs and the salt
  2. Wisk while adding the milk little by little
  3. Add the oil
  4. Let the dough rest for at least 2 hours
  5. Add 3 tablespoons of rum
  6. Add a little bit of warm water to make the dough as liquid as you need

Preparation

Butter a pan, and add a thin layer of dough when the pan is very hot

Wait a couple of minutes before flipping the crêpe

Serve with lots of honey!
