Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 white onions
  • 200gr / 7oz raisins
  • the juice from 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 170C / 325F / Gas 3
  2. Put all the ingredients in a baking tray
  3. Add a bit of water
  4. Cook for 1 hour
  5. Remember to stir often, and add water if needed
