Salmon fillets en Papillote with Peppers and Honey

Tender salmon cooked en papillote with red, orange and green bell peppers, in a light honey sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 tsb honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C / 400F / Gas 6
  2. Cut the peppers in small cubes
  3. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the peppers for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper
  4. Add 3 tea spoons of honey and cook for one more minute
  5. Place the salmon fillets in papillotes, and cover them with the peppers and the honey sauce
  6. Cook in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
