The perfect dessert on summer days, delicious and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 creamy yoghurt (100gr/3.5oz)
  • 300gr/10.5oz of frozen mangoes
  • 1 teaspoon of gingerbread spice mixture OR a gingerbread slice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions

  1. Cut the mangoes in cubes (wait for them to unfreeze slightly if they are too hard)
  2. Place the yoghurt in a blender, add the gingerbread spice mixture or the ginterbread slice, add the honey and finally add the mangoes
  3. Process for a few minutes
  4. Eat before the ice cream melts!
