If you are preparing for an afternoon tea with friends or just fancy great British cakes, these cupcakes will impress your guests!
Ingredients
- 180gr / 6.3oz flour
- 150gr / 5.3oz sugar
- 150gr / 5.3oz butter
- 30gr / 1oz honey
- 3 eggs
- raspberries (for presentation)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C / 350F / Gas 4
- Cut the butter in small cubes
- Mix together the flour, sugar, butter, eggs and honey until the mixture has a soft consistency
- Pour one spoonful of the mixture into each cupcake case
- Bake for 20 minutes
